Student Director of Call Center (University of Montevallo Fall 2012 - Present): Supervise team of student callers during UM Annual Fund campaign, update and maintain alumni records within office database.

Montevallo Maven (University of Montevallo Spring 2011 - January 2013): Provide weekly campus tours to prospective students, travel with admissions counselors to information sessions statewide and assist with University Admissions events.

eMarketing Intern (Daxko May 2012 - August 2012): Researched and updated email content, track email campaign success rates, report trends and implement template changes.

Student Caller (University of Montevallo Fall 2010 - Present): Used telecommunication skills to encourage alumni contributions to two consecutive UM Annual Fund campaigns.
